City St George’s, University of London is a public research university and a constituent college of the federal University of London. Established in August 2024 through the merger of City, University of London and St George’s, University of London, it brings together strengths in business, law, health, and the professions. The university serves over 27,000 students from more than 170 countries and is a major contributor to London’s health workforce and a hub for innovation, research, and professional education.

Role within INTERFACED

CITY coordinates the INTERFACED Project and leads WP1, the work package designed to generate a classification of interfacing processes for political participation. The WP focuses on the period since the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic (2020-2025) and social groups disengaged from politics.
