Babeș-Bolyai University is the top university in Romania. It has 21 faculties, 41000 students, and exceptional prestige in advanced science and research. FSPAC, the College of Political Science, Public Administration and Communication, to which this project is linked, is one of the largest faculties, and the Political Science department ranks first in Romanian terms of research output.

Role within INTERFACED

UBB coordinates WP4, the workpackage that is set to analyze discourses around political paarticipation, interfacing and democracy. The workpackage aims to capture emotional, mobilizing and demobilizing discourses that affect the activism of citizens. We focus especially on the discourse targeting marginal communities and observe how their voice is taken into account by public institutions.
